This raises aspects: knowledge, economics, facilities, product, and environmental attitude. research involved 124 respondents who live Jakarta surrounding areas. selection was carried out purposive sampling method, with criteria being groups people were aware existence refillable packaging. Data analysis using Structure Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). reveals that all independent variables have significant effect except economic aspects.
